Good questions

Working with Reem
Which areas do you serve?
My home base is Orange County and Los Angeles County. Planning something elsewhere in Southern California, or a destination event? Ask me. Travel fees may apply.
Can you plan in Spanish or Arabic?
Yes. I plan in English, Spanish, and Arabic, and can coordinate with vendors and family members in each, including announcements on the day.
Do you plan cultural and religious ceremonies?
Yes: katb el-kitab, henna nights, zaffe, engagements, baptisms, first communions, quinceañeras, Eid gatherings, and more. Tell me about your family's customs and I'll plan around them.
Do you have preferred vendors?
I'll recommend vendors I trust, and I'm happy to work with any you've already booked.
Packages & pricing
What's the difference between Day-of Coordination and Partial Planning?
Day-of Coordination is for hosts who have planned everything and want someone to run the event. Partial Planning adds planning meetings, vendor recommendations, design direction, and budget help, for hosts who have started and want a guide.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. Packages are starting points; your proposal is built around what you actually need.
Do you work with smaller budgets?
Every proposal starts from your budget. Tell me what you're working with and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Booking & timing
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates fill up early, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind. If your date is soon, ask anyway. I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
I'll reply to set up an intro call. After we talk, you'll receive a proposal. Once it's signed, your date is reserved.
